I have deep respect for our own, Pt. Jawahar Lal Kaul (Nehru). He was a great man, but a weak leader. We Kashmiris are SARASWAT BRAHMINS (considered the Apex of Brahmins) and we eat meat, that too on Shivratri. In kashmir, we also have Sufi influence (along with Buddhist and Zoroastrian). We are not the same as mainstream Hindus.

But I think that ur time will be better spent if u make a trip to our Jammu camps, where 100,000 people(yes that is 1 Lakh) people are living in fetid tents and dying of heat strokes, dehydration and snake bites. Pandits wanna move back and the more u Indians/Pakis get involved in our politics, the more it adds fuel to the fire. The Separatists have divided us in name of religion, and Indians/Pakis only make it worse
