Im pretty sure that the goal to a PNF stretch is to elongate fascia so that the muscle may be lengthened! I fail to see how these techniques would even begin to do just that. THIS IS NOT PNF!

@druizsr there is pnf stretching which is what you are referring to and then there is pnf strengthening wihich is what this video is teaching
