Hey Vince, I have sore muscles after training, my whole upper body is aching, do you recommend me to continue training or rest my muscles for few days or a week maybe?
@999999musa sore is good, means your muscles are on their way to repair and build up. tight is not good- stretch after training.rest till ache is gone before you train again...ranges for 3-5 days for me
Greetings from Egypt, could you please demonstrate the upper chest excercise using Barbel and Dumbel, please show us where precisely we should land the Barbel.
Many say, land it on the very very very top of you chest, other say, it doesn't matter where you land it.

Vince, my gym does not have a dip machine or dip bars that doesnt allow me to incorporate it into my tricep workout. can you do a video on doing a half dip using two benches which shows the hand position to allow tricep concentration while doing it.
In response to 'Which is harder?"...both angles work. Assuming that you can only work a bodypart from one angle or with one method is naive. Now while I nornally agree with your more controlled approach to a movement. I also know that the other methods also work.
you should show us how to do PROPER squats and deadlifts coz that is where most people get confused, 99.99% of people THINK that deadlift is lifting from their lower back but it is actually your hamstring, glutes, lower back, quads, and upperback.
Hey Vince! Just love tuning in and going over your videos, doing a great job for everybody out there. Question: My lower tricep around the elbow on the left hand side hasn't got a very lot of muscle compared to my right hand side which is my natural arm i use most, I am trying to get some meat up in there but think your video just may help cure this... Does it matter what sort of grip im using? Please help. cheers Dwayne.
vince you are so thick now! great body! but im not too sure if it's a fitness model's body, just looks more like a bodybuilder's body right now.. anyhu, as always great tips and great vids thanks!
Vince, what I find helpful in your videos, as you did in this one, is when you demonstrate inproper form conversed with proper form. Often people will imitate others they see in the gym and as you said 9 out of 10 guys are using improper form. These 3-5 minute videos you're coming out with are awesome, thanks for posting them and keep em coming.
Another great vid vince. Could you do one on proper form when contracting and training your abs. I sometimes get pain in areas i shouldnt and would love to know how to correct my form. Thanks mate :)
First! sorry, always wanted to do that... btw you're great ispiration! :D! any tips on how to do things at home with no equipment? im kind of ripped already even tho im 15 :)
Keep letting me know which exercises you like to see demonstrated and if this was helpful be sure to click the LIKE and SHARE button. That's how you can help me :) Thanks for watching!
@VinceDelMonte Vince i think you should definitely make a video demonstrating how to properly execute a barbell squat and get reap the most benefit on your legs from it, without messing up your spine.
@VinceDelMonte could u show us the leg press please? been searching for videos for building your legs and this one (along with squats) came up, but i don't exactly know if i'm using good form, so could u do a vid about this exercice? ty and keep up the good work!
@VinceDelMonte Hey Vince, i got the NNMB Deluxe but now every time i try to sign in it takes me to the YSPQ Deluxe, how do i fix that? cause the option to choose among products is gone and it simply directs me to the page
@VinceDelMonte vince one exercise I'd like to see you demonstrate is T bar rows. We don't have a T bar row machine at our gym so I do this by anchoring a barbell against the wall and using one of those close grip seated row attachments. I'd love to get your feedback on this one, as I feel it's a nice variation from the bentover rows you demonstrated a couple weeks ago. Thanks, big fan!

You never want to lock out because it causes joint problems, if you want to do an exercise that fully contracts the triceps than do kickbacks.

'Your muscles don't know how much weight you lift, they only know how much tension you put on them'
That should be written on the wall of every gym.
