@CytherLynx hehe. Neither you nor ron has read Tragedy and Hope. Quigley writes extensively about how the gold standard and deflation were responsible for the Great Depression. Also, it doesn't expose a conspiracy, it is a normal history book.

that is one giant ass book, but probably worth the read, Quigley was an astute individual.
