Except that it's been proven by independant recounts several times that if the recounts had been allowed to continue, Gore would have had Florida.

It's also a known fact that the chair of the Republican campaign in Florida was the one who made up the voter rolls and disenfranchised hundreds of black and minority voters.

And it's also a fact that the Supreme Court has a majority of Republicans, which voted to call the election in the middle of the recount when Bush was ahead.
