@ChocolateOrchid70 Hey CO, I didn't mention when to add the honey. I think you add the honey to your first batch and from what I remember, after adding the honey you have to let it sit out over night and then refrigerate. I'll let you know for sure after I find my reference book. Take care!
Hey, Evelyn~I don't make much often either. As a matter-of-fact, I have some wheatberries in the cabinet and I think that I will soak some and make me a batch for the end of the week. I took a Living Foods class here in Atlanta in 2000. That class taught me how to make Rejuvalac, Energy Soup, Living foods using a Excalabur Dehydrator and many more! I discovered your channel a couple of months ago and I truly enjoy it! I don't feel like the "Lone Ranger" in this healthy journey--Thank U!
@ChinaDoll762 I'll be doing the same thing very too, soon. Glad you enjoy my channel. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Take care and have a great evening!
@Seedcovers Yeah, it does, but once the seeds begins sprouting things really go fast. Yeap, you can. I find that the strongest batch is the very first one...it tends to be a lot more cloudy than the other 2. Take care!
Thanks for the video. I didn't know that it was so simple to make. I think I'll try this this summer.
I apologize if I missed this in your vid, but when did you add the honey?

Hmmm Interesting, seems like a long process. Don't think I have heard of the rejuvelac. Wow you can get 3 good jars from 1 batch.
