i promise you thats NOTHING, the walmart on I 240 in okc you cant see through 1/2 the glass on the tanks its completley green and the bottoms have about 1 plus inches of a thick mossy mold, there are so many 1/2 eaten fish and most the fish and algae eaters are bones at thebottom of the tanks, never seen a algae eater laying on the bottom as bones with the eyes about to fall out of the skeleton and the live ones look SO SAD. walmart is terrible when it comes to there fish :( poor things
Anyone who buys fish from walmart is asking for trouble. personally 9/10 people are idiots there and cant even tell you where the toilet paper is, why would they put them in charge of taking care of fish?
bah that's so sad. Animals don't belong in big stores like that. I gotta say though, the petshop I always go to is run by a family (father and two sons), one of the sons is really into aquaria and when a fish dies, he'll leave it in the tank.. it get's eaten by the other fish. I guess it's just natures way, not all fish will make it and the ones that don't serve as nutrition for the stronger ones.
guys come to britain where fish in shops genrally have better lives
