  • @binar001 MMM you are wrong. Blues it may not matter. Bluegrass you must keep the Bluegrass sound. You can't play Bluegrass on a Les Paul. Bluegrass with a electric bass, Isn't really consider true Bluegrass. Your sound is changed. Martin is Bluegrass guitar by Choice, Santa Cruz, Blueridge, Some may use the over priced Collings. That sounds like shit.

  • This guy is downright amazing. Loved this piece.

  • How can someone(s) dislike this video? 6 dislikes? Your kidding me! ... What's wrong with this video? The performer, the style of music and the guitaring are superb!

  • what is it tuned to?

  • grate job. (that's a lot of strings to play)

  • @tehwasabiking thanks!!!!

  • its weird hearing this because i use basically the same tuning for deathcore :)

  • what kind of tuning is that?

  • anyone who wants to know, the song is Death Letter by Son House. The White Stripes do a brilliant cover i suggest listening to their live version filmed in Blackpool

  • @jamesstone123.. White stripes brilliant? i think not.

  • @fixxxer23us ... White stripes brilliant? I KNOW YES THE WHITE STRIPES ARE FUCKING AWESOME.

  • @apkts white stripes have NO TALENT. they are only famous because they are weird.

  • @fixxxer23us nahh man,, seriously just check out some of their stuff i bet you would find stuff you will like, they have lots of blues type stuff, jack white is very talented, and meg i s a good drummer too

  • Kewl

  • Chocolate Rain! :D

  • Didn't expect that voice! Great!

  • Great axe for playing the blues and nice voice !

  • The Jiiiiha in the Background is missing .xD

  • good question...the 8 and 12 string are really different beasts. a 12 string would be awesome but this thing is capable of so much more due to the longer scale length and lower tuning.

  • Why an 8 string over a 12 string?

  • Completely different things.

  • this is aussie blues at its best! love this guy! really recreated that Son House rhythm, AWSOME!!!!

  • I knew there was something I liked about this guy !!!

  • Not many people would Dare try & duplicate a Son House song , atleast in public......... Not Bad though, not bad at all.

  • Thats a great SON house cover!

  • My mouth dropped to hear this unexpectedly deep, earthy voice! Really cool performance!

    ~Terry in South Florida

  • Amazing! Your sound it's so good! I like your guitar so!

  • Absolutely amazing deep bluesy medley, same to be said about the vocals, sheer bass. I usually dont dabble with country music all that much but that was 10 out of 10 loved every part of it :)

  • Now thats what I call multitasking!

  • You guys should get Seasick Steve to endorse an axe :-D Quality video!
