I know this is late, but Necro, you make things too complicated. Just drop the heavy things and get them back from Sunny instead of putting small items on her and finding them individually and in fact. Just put them on Cheyenne which will make getting your items back a lot easier. :/

@RJKhey seems like a fair idea if all religions were just more casual in their practices. It's hard for the non faithful to agree to that when so many holy books out their have such... creative ways for dealing with the opposition. Ah and the baby eating religions are quite rare though the ones that would damn you to eternal damnation in death and soul crushing ridicule in life for things like being homosexual or a woman are surprisingly common.

Religion is one of those touchy subjects. No matter how careful you are to talk about it, it still turns crazy for certain people. As for the Crusade, I will say that religion is just the excuse to hide the real intentions and I'm saying that as an athesit.

Strange, Necro, I am a Christian, and when I heard you in that particular earlier video. I was not offended then, and neither am I now. I respect your opinion, everyone is entitled to one, and I won't argue with you and your belief in science. I also believe that science is a great way to find out some of the mysteries of this earth we live on.

@jazber14 Should there be some sort of governmental regulation on what people believe? No, absolutely not. People have free will and can think whatever they want, but it has no place in schools or politics. Do I think the world would be a better place with out religion? Absolutely.

@jazber14 sorry, I really don't understand what you are trying to say. You're open to every ideology? The amount of violence committed in the name of god is alarming. There are many peaceful religious people, but in the case of christianity, one must ignore the parts about slaves being ok, and women being subordinate to be any sort of normal. Why buy into something if its teachings have to be cherry picked to the point where you aren't violating anyone's rights (except gays)?

yep, religion is a trip alright.There will always be problems with moral structures that claim to be perfect, perfection leaves no room for progress...Our modern stance on slavery would would be one example of religion actively impeding progress when taken directly from the texts and their fossilized morality.Old and new testament agree that the creator of the universe expects us to own other people, I personally find that prospect to be repugnant, I suspect most of you do too.

Religion. Constructed to keep a status quo. Coming into the equation to mandate their belief system, whilst some of their teachings align with the ethical motives of individuals, their religious dogma often isolates others with pseudo-morals that are ethical constructs invented to justify and perpetuate prejudice.  Invented often to fulfil selfish motives at the expense of others, clear the conscience of the ones perpetrating the hate and whitewash their participation in uncivilised actions.

Worry not Necroscope my good man. I had to take a video down a while back due to people assaulting my lack of religious beliefs. I love the different faiths of this world, but I believe none of them are the true one. and I could not agree more with "you believe what you want to believe and I will believe what I want to believe" Good beginning, and I am looking forward to the rest of the fifth chapter.

I used to be a "believe what you want" kinda guy, but the more I think about it, the more I find religion to be a very harmful force especially here in the US. It seems to foster primitive ideologies concerning gay marriage and equality in general. Hinders the education of the youth and serves to justify some very awful practices and violence.

Personally, I just believe in life, existence is a truth all its own. Live for the sake of living. I've always been taught to respect all belief systems, and I do, unless it has to do with cult-level religions i.e. Westboro Baptist Church.

I don't like the first two but I like honest hearts better slightly it was more of a disapointment.My favorite DLC is Old world blues I just hate those gawsh darn Roboscopicons.Lonesome Road was pretty cool because I get to nuke those Legion fools :D

I wholly support you Necro. I am agnostic christian myself... and ive ALWAYS not only believed but also known what happens to a man who gets fundie on religion. Its JUST like good drink: Its awsome... until you keep drinking more. And never stop to question the effects it has on your mind and attitude.

Lets keep religion neutral. :) We can talk about it academically forever, but its never gonna be absolute truth. Nothing from mere man ever is.

@Reymundinho See, I completely believe that it's fair to believe what you wish, but as Christians, we are told in the Bible to spread the news of God and Jesus. I'm not trying to start a flame war on the internet, but to merely explain why many Christians may try to convert you. I can't quite speak for other religions, but I hope this gives some understanding :)
