well the Mig 25 still holds the recond for fastest recorded speed in a fighter aircraft. Dont get me wrong, i love american planes and am a proud citizen of said country, but i always thought that the Mig-25 was awesome

yeah they needed a high speed interceptor but that f104 starfighter was a bullet too
