To say Apologtics is Rubbish and to use such a dismissive general statement shows that you are truly ignorant of the words of scripture for we are told that we are to always have an explanation for the hope we have...it is so easy to dismiss things we dont understand, my advice is to study theology and apologetics and then you may have a more balanced and logical view which in itself may be a better witness....

Being an Apologist is rubbish. SO what if the Faith is being attacked by others in the world? Thats what the world has always done. We need to focus on witnessing. That doesn't mean we need to go around saying God is real and this is why. People will just think we're arrogant. Apologists should concentrate on rooting out heresy not on defending attacks by people that need to hear the Gospel!
