Lipsync Tutorial - Animating dialogue using the "Mouth Comp"

Still trying to figure out how the eyes stay independent of the mouth and brow inside the head...

I saw him blinking, but I didn't see his pupils move. There must be a simple solution. I thought about putting the eyes on the first layer inside the head and then making a new graphic symbol for the brow and lip synch. But I don't think that would work here.

The Way I Do It With My Dsi Is Record The Audio First Make Like A Frame Of The Character Copy It For As Long As He Speaks And Listen To It Frame By Frame Untill You Get The Mouths Right, For An Example Check Out My Two Flipbooks On My Channel Hope This Helped :)

Right click the first keyframe, create motion tween, and then adjust the end frame to where you want it to go.

I've been using flash 8 lately to amuse myself and creat simple animations.

I have a question: how can I keep the tweens and other effects in an avi format?

When I make a projector, it's ok, the image is clear, all the effects are there, but when I export it as .avi, the image turns unclear, looping symbols no longer work and are just static and so on...

you import sound wave to library and then you pick it up from there and drop into onto the work area (not timeline).

Click file, import, import to library, then add the song you want, click open. Then make a new layer, lock the rest of the layers, then click and drag the song from the library to the stage. But that's only with songs. For sounds click on the frame you want to add the sound, go to sound in properties, then click the sound that is in your library. :)

Great tutorial man! You saved me a lot of timeaand frustration. Would you happen to know if there is a hotkey for the timeline to scrub through frames? (How After Effects has "Page Up" and "Page Down" to scrub through its keyframes)
