  • also those gainers where hella scetch thought he was gonna bail

  • your tucking way too tight way too soon

  • jon im gonna give you some advice that will deffo help you out! see, i started freerunning with a solid base of skating snowboarding and biking. But you dont have that unfair benefit. Considering you go University of Iowa, Im sure they have a kickass gym. Do an hour of conditioning every night, everything from leg presses to weighted situps to freeweights, and I GUARANTEE youll start landing everyhting every try. see, its 60% aerial awareness and 40% strength, and if you have both youre set

  • @wh01sm1k3j0n3s they just need awareness to get this right

  • @elijahvandagrift he really is untucking at the right time though, his muscles ligaments and tendons just arent ready to handle the stress so he instinctively pitches forward to negate it. TRUST ME on this one

  • @wh01sm1k3j0n3s Then why is it so easy on a solid surface? :?

  • @FaecereTricking because youve done them on solid ground for sooooo long that you have the muscle memory to be able to land them. im not saying your weak by any shot hahahah and like i said earlier, its 60% aerial awareness. probably more like 70 actually. But its not the awareness thats causing you to overrotate, at least as i can tell, its the unwillingness to tense up for the landing.. youre staying loosey goosey
