  • Thanks so much for making this video. I've referred to it a few times (since I can't seem to remember this easy way to do this).

  • Hi, i have a 2x2 ribbing with the first and last stitch all knitted knitwise to get a garter stitch border. Now i have dropped stitch at the edge! how do i fix that?

  • @relligence Yikes! Most of the time now I use slip stitch edges so it's easier to fix. But to answer your question, I'm going to direct you to another place. I will tell you though that it's a bit complicated since the end stitches are almost knotted when an row ends and begins again with a knit stitch. • Wow. Thank you so much for posting this. I watched another video using knitting needles to fix a dropped garter stitch and had to watch it over 10 times and even then I wasn't fixing it right. Very confusing. I watched your video ONCE and got it immediately. Sooooo much easier using a crochet hook. Thank you!

  • Thank you so much for the dropped stitch videos. I was doing okay fixing dropped stitches in stockinette stitch, but having a really hard time doing the same in garter stitch. I always ended up having to rip out a big mess!

I am embedding your videos in my blog 4/19 and linking to your channel. I hope lots of people check out your videos!

  • This is such a big help. I was knitting a pillow for my daughter, and I am a new knitter. I realized I had dropped a stitch. I have learned how to fix a dropped stitch in stockinette stitch, but the garter stitch confuzzled me. This is such a great help, and now I won't have to unravel it all to fix it. Thank you very much for posting this.
