note: 99% of all artists nowadays sound crappy live, due to the fact that they use auto tuning or "patch up their voices" to make it sound better. This goes to show that there really is some talent out there in todays time

I hate how everybody says that most artists sound terrible live because the quality of their music is derived completely from being altered with computers. That's bullshit. I have an IMMENSE itunes library, and every single band in it puts on a killer show and plays genuine music. There's so much good music out there it's ridiculous. We live in one of the greatest eras to date as far as music goes. Maybe if you'd turn off MTV and do a little searching online you'd realize.

I'm just saying, MTV tends to focus a great deal of their attention on party music, or dance music, which obviously is never going to be better-performed live due to the fact that it is entirely computer generated. And who says that's not quality music either? it sounds good.. if you're into that, then so what if it can't be produced amazingly live with instruments
