  • even though im 10 i still want to lose 50 pounds

  • i smoke and am vegan,i have tried to stop but cant.i put loads of weight on but i thought it was cos tobacco is an appetite suppressant i was always hungry.

  • I'm curious - how did you give up smoking - will-power alone? I substituted a cig with an apple. 'Worked great! lol

  • @RawRadianHealth You're so well-intentionated girl. Thank you. The only one problem I find is that I'm not an english speaker and I don't understand half of what you're saying. It's a real shame. I'd need subtitles, in english at least. Keep on smiling that way please, it's very nice. Thanks, nice girl.

  • Just wanted to say - I enjoyed the video :), Thanks again for posting this...Subscribe to me ;)...

  • I've been going through a lot of your vids - really great stuff.

  • Thanks - this was really useful. I enjoyed the video - now to put it into practice is a different thing altogether

  • Always good to see some new information on an important topic.

  • Hey girl - you rock! Love your disposition, humour, compassionate and full of info. I relate to you and thank you for the support.

  • Just stumbled across your videos and blog. LOVE IT! I am starting to eat vegan and raw. I was vegetarian for 6 years, and then started eating meat for the last 4 years, and my body is screaming for changes! Id love to be able to see your before and after pics. I looked all over your website and couldnt find them!

  • Also, I used to smoke, and since quitting and eating meat these past years I have gained 50 pounds. I get sick much easier than I ever used to, and I feel lethargic so much of the time. I'm hoping raw can help me out with all of these issues!

  • Can't wait to watch all of your videos :) I am a college student so it is very hard to resist cooked foods.. but I try my best. After watching all of your videos I hope to convert 100%. Love this!

  • hey, I am a subscriber and have watched so many of your video's. I stumbled on this one, your first video. I just want to say that this video is so cute. You have come a long way. Keep at it.

  • Your lucky I gained 60 lbs when I quit smoking. after a year I went on a new program and lost 154 lbs. So it was all worth while. Dec 1st it will be 7 years of not smoking now. So I am really smoke free. Doug in Calif...

  • Have you heard of Glutathione???

  • What a wonderful time capsule. You are so so beautiful. Your personality shines.

  • cute...you have come a long long long way:) funny to see this after watching you for so long now:) you are more seasoned now:)

  • chain-eating! LOL never heard that before. well you look great now! and you know what, the weight gain/loss gave you first hand experience in dealing with this issue.

  • Thanks for all the wonderful videos.

  • I'm so interested in all this now.... hmmm. For now i must sleep... but i will come back to watch more. So interesting.

  • you have a beautiful smile

  • I went to the website and I guess this video is a little out of date because it didn't have your "fat picture". Do you have any before and after pics now?

  • I smoked for 30 years and finally gave it up 4 years ago, but I went from killing myself with a cigarette to killing myself with a knife and fork. I put on quite a bit of weight over the last few years. I gave up meat and dairy and now the weight is coming off, and I feel 100% better. I'm having my left knee replaced soon and need to drop as much as I can before the surgery. Other than my knee that I hurt in an accident I haven't had any other joint pain since giving up meat.

  • I've heard that people put on weight after quitting smoking due to the toxins in their bodies that can NOW come out.

So I am not making much sense ;)

Anyway detox your body via Dr. Schultz ( or something).

    Cheers.

  • What you say makes perfect sense and the first few months after I quit smoking I allowed myself to eat more because it help buffer the withdrawl (and the release of toxins). Now, I am soooooooooooo ready to release this weight and get on with my life!!!

  • Very good. What raw food do you find to be most detoxifying? Do you use any supplements?

    Thank you.

  • Majority of the foods I eat are fresh fruit, vegetables and greens-- and a little nuts & seeds. I stay with the water rich foods and not too much dehydrated stuff. Supplements I'm not too consistent with-- try to take Vit D & B-Complex.

  • Hiya! You should try JuicePlus+ it's an amazing supplement as close to whole food as you can get when it comes to supplements. Water and Salts have been removed otherwise it is the entire fruits and vegetables 17 diferent types. If you want more information you can send me a message and I'll get back to you! Keep up the good work, not that I think you need to loose any weight however :) But do take care and have a wonderful day! God bless you greatly!

  • Detox by juicing and living RAW!!

  • @Luciek69 It's better than letting it stay in your body though.

  • go girl! Good luck! :) I love your hair by the way. Congrats on quitting the smoke!!
