@Kacasovoi Hi, the pond was built originally without the window and this was retro fitted, however its easy to do it while building. Basic construction is block work faced with brick, inside the pond is then rendered and fibreglassed. If you imagine the window part the same construction as a house window with a lintel then this is the basic science behind it. The frame is stainless steel and sits within the concrete opening and the fibreglass laps into it. The glass which is 32mm laminated then
... sits within this using industrial mastic which water proofs the whole thing. Its very important to ensure the block work and build is strong enough to take the pressure of the pond and the window, ensure the lintel is concrete and is bedded with lots of overlap to allow pressure distribution. @rich81090 its fibreglass laminated on rendered block work walls, and the fibreglass laps into the stainless steel frame to water proof it and then the glass is stuck in with industrial underwater sealent
