There IS proof that God exists, look all around us. HOW could it be possible that the waves know where to stop? that EVERY SINGLE one of us has a different finger print? How does the river know where to flow? God is real! WE need to stop trying to put Him in a box, WE can't explain HIS being! He's too BIG! Nothing you said is proof that God exists. I'm a believer but even i can see that nothing you said is irrefutable proof of Him. Lets see, the waves no where to stop because different forces of gravity act against each other to make them stop at a certain point. We all have different finger prints because when we're in the womb we touch the walls of the uterus and our skin is so soft and malleable that it is like wet cement. Waves exist wherever there is liquid and gravity.
you can in NO WAY use that to prove God exists. It is evidence towards the idea of creation (and weak evidence at that) but it is not proof. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but it is Christians like you that don't seek to try and understand things around you (like why black holes exist, why stars explode, if there is other life in the universe besides our planet and God/angels/Jesus/Satan/demons) that make it so easy for Atheists to write off our beliefs as false. @TheRealWhiteBoy1 we actually are evolving right now its called micro evolution. It means that humans are changing slightly. But we are still human. The theory that we change species is macro evolution which is not true.

Evolution, specifically cosmic (origin of time, space & matter), chemical (origin of the elements), stellar (origin of the stars & planets), organic (origin of life from non-life), and macro evolution (change from one kind of animal to another kind) cannot be observed nor studied.
To say that evolution takes millions and millions of years is an excuse to say that it never happens. And I know what I'm talking about.

Romans also tells us in chapter 1:18-20 that the reason the wrath of God is coming to man is that it is plain to us THROUGH HIS CREATION that He exists.
@aWierdo It's a perfectly legitimate source when determining His existence. Science magnifies the glory of God. It expands on our understanding of Him and His majesty. When you study His creation and the design it DECLARES LOUDLY His existence. Look at cells or the cosmos both resoundly tell of His existence. Study the bacterial flagellum, study DNA and RNA, and look at our grand Architect at work. Look at the cosmos and it's order or origin. Oh it's soo beautiful.

If they do think that it makes us look silly, it's their sinful nature that is keeping them there. Therefore we must pray that God will intervene in their hearts and open their eyes to truly see the Creator and the work of His hands. Those verses will make perfect sense then. It's not that creation doesn't explain His existence it's that our sinful nature suppresses the truth and rather becomes futile in it's way of thinking. It's easier that way.

If something has a long consistency of invisibility, then it's probably more apparent that it doesn't exist than it does, especially given the claims behind God, and that you personally rely on science more than he. You go to the hospital right? Or do you pray? If man says you have a disease, do you ignore it and rely on God's healing? Why doesn't he heal you?

Exactly. And the Bible is divine because it is God-breathed, and God's revelation of Himself (Bible) claims His divinity. This isn't circular reasoning, for the Bible is the Word of God, and the Word was God. That Word became flesh, Jesus Christ, both man and God.
The hard evidence that God has healed me is the Holy Spirit, and those in which the Holy Spirit abides will bear fruit (love, joy, peace...). That same Holy Spirit is what what is the guarantee of my inheritance.

When they get to heaven, he will simply revive them. It was just to see how strong they were? God didn't create us to sin, He created us knowing we would sin. Now you may say that proves that God is not God, 'cause He "made a mistake."
If you synthesize well, it was all for the glory of God (Jesus Christ). He made man knowing Jesus Christ had to be crucified, for He knew man would sin. But out of love He continued, and out of love He bore our sins on the cross. He then raised Jesus Christ, granting Him the name above all names, to glorify Him. Glory to God.

He's in the same history book as Socrates and others that has religious influence. For no more than that. Again, people only listened because he said he did (at the time). He never had supernatural powers like the bible claims he does. I mean, if he's the son of God, then God should be the son of someone in theory

@Icg412 To religions credit, I do believe that if you don't have a divine force to say you will be punished if you don't do right on earth, that this world wouldn't do right. So, I will say that it's good for that reason. If you tell someone not to steal, they have to know why not. Otherwise, they will steal. So 1. Law. But hey, what if they steal in places where the law can't see them, like from their mom? You have to say "GOD." Otherwise, they will be comfortable with stealing.

You don't understand the hypotheses behind the creation of the universe (from a scientific standpoint that is). And your empty microwave is never really empty. And if you understood anything about the workings of science, you would know that scientists are trying really hard to figure out how the Universe works. The most popular hypothesis on the origins of the Universe is the Big Bang Theory. Nowhere in it does it say that matter appeared magically. It says that a really dense g
group of molecules (all that are in existence actually) came together and exploded outward when they could no longer draw together anymore. Then over the course of i think something like 12.4 billion years (our estimate of how old the universe is) things came to form as we see them today. Btw, the word for day in Hebrew is the same as "span of time" so God may have created the Universe in 7 "spans of time" and it may have been millennia or thousands of years. Science has not once

There IS proof that God exists, look all around us. HOW could it be possible that the waves know where to stop? that EVERY SINGLE one of us has a different finger print? How does the river know where to flow? God is real! WE need to stop trying to put Him in a box, WE can't explain HIS being! He's too BIG! Nothing you said is proof that God exists. I'm a believer but even i can see that nothing you said is irrefutable proof of Him. Lets see, the waves no where to stop because different forces of gravity act against each other to make them stop at a certain point. We all have different finger prints because when we're in the womb we touch the walls of the uterus and our skin is so soft and malleable that it is like wet cement. Waves exist wherever there is liquid and gravity.

you can in NO WAY use that to prove God exists. It is evidence towards the idea of creation (and weak evidence at that) but it is not proof. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but it is Christians like you that don't seek to try and understand things around you (like why black holes exist, why stars explode, if there is other life in the universe besides our planet and God/angels/Jesus/Satan/demons) that make it so easy for Atheists to write off our beliefs as false. Evolution, specifically cosmic (origin of time, space & matter), chemical (origin of the elements), stellar (origin of the stars & planets), organic (origin of life from non-life), and macro evolution (change from one kind of animal to another kind) cannot be observed nor studied.
To say that evolution takes millions and millions of years is an excuse to say that it never happens. And I know what I'm talking about.

@cestlavie92 mate, i agree with you that God made all that stuff, but it's not proof of his existence. as christians we can be in awe of all the amazing and beautiful things God has made, but to a non-believer saying that it's proof makes us look silly and ignorant of even basic science. if i took a handful of pebbles and threw them out onto the sand. you could come up with a few explanations of how they came to be like that. but there is only one truth, however the pebbles aren't proof of me.

Romans also tells us in chapter 1:18-20 that the reason the wrath of God is coming to man is that it is plain to us THROUGH HIS CREATION that He exists.

@aWierdo It's a perfectly legitimate source when determining His existence. Science magnifies the glory of God. It expands on our understanding of Him and His majesty. When you study His creation and the design it DECLARES LOUDLY His existence. Look at cells or the cosmos both resoundly tell of His existence. Study the bacterial flagellum, study DNA and RNA, and look at our grand Architect at work. Look at the cosmos and it's order or origin. Oh it's soo beautiful.

If they do think that it makes us look silly, it's their sinful nature that is keeping them there. Therefore we must pray that God will intervene in their hearts and open their eyes to truly see the Creator and the work of His hands. Those verses will make perfect sense then. It's not that creation doesn't explain His existence it's that our sinful nature suppresses the truth and rather becomes futile in it's way of thinking. It's easier that way.

If something has a long consistency of invisibility, then it's probably more apparent that it doesn't exist than it does, especially given the claims behind God, and that you personally rely on science more than he. You go to the hospital right? Or do you pray? If man says you have a disease, do you ignore it and rely on God's healing? Why doesn't he heal you?

God has healed me, what can flesh do to me. He's invisible, true, but His glory's revealed (check out the Bible).
You can't draw Jesus in school for the same reason why you can't draw Jesus in heaven. His glory. He's gonna shine. That day will come, 2nd coming of Jesus.

How can you be a disciple, and not know if what you are following actually exists. The matter is not what's in the bible, the matter the alleged divinity behind the bible. Whats hard evidence that God healed you? You have proof, or do you imagine that it's God based on what you've heard about him.

Exactly. And the Bible is divine because it is God-breathed, and God's revelation of Himself (Bible) claims His divinity. This isn't circular reasoning, for the Bible is the Word of God, and the Word was God. That Word became flesh, Jesus Christ, both man and God.
The hard evidence that God has healed me is the Holy Spirit, and those in which the Holy Spirit abides will bear fruit (love, joy, peace...). That same Holy Spirit is what what is the guarantee of my inheritance.

When they get to heaven, he will simply revive them. It was just to see how strong they were? If you synthesize well, it was all for the glory of God (Jesus Christ). He made man knowing Jesus Christ had to be crucified, for He knew man would sin. I believe 'cause the reward has been given (salvation). And true, I only believe because there is a reward, better than that, there are rewards. If my heart was hardened and I didn't know of God's grace, there'd be no reason for me to believe. God's grace is my proof, for nonbelievers, His wrath will.
Hell isn't forcing me to believe, 'cause hell by itself is nothing. God is the one ruling hell, He's the one I fear.

@allforthefans Feel free to question me on me beliefs! I don't take offense to it. If you believe it, or they believe it, they shouldn't take offense to it. It's a belief, not a fact, and nobody is any different because nobody is righteous. So if you have a problem with me asking about your clothes, house, car, views on politics, abortion, etc. then that's your problem, not mine. It's common. It's things we talk about daily, Im not the first, and I wont be the last to talk about it.

@Mr1994Rmh So... A-THEIST, don't agree with other claims in science. Science modestly admits that these claims are "THEORIES." However, Christians are zealous about God. Then, the rewards and punishments for not "BELIEVING" in God just takes it over the top. Now, I'm not saying I support these theories...however, they are more logical than a divine being, when nobody else on this earth is divine. You follow mans laws, healing, diets, and so forth. So, God?

@Mr1994Rmh Matter, it's origin has a scientific explanation. However, I left a piece of fruit out the other day, and mold grew on it - which is life. It wasn't God that grew it. I believe that was science.
Time is a measurement of the earth revolving around the sun. Scientists thought "oh, this is what happens. Night and day, let's calculate it so we'll have a better way to track things."
Man makes laws. New laws are made daily, even as silly as no spitting on the street

@Mr1994Rmh As far as energy. I think one thing came after another. Just like how the world is filled with all people, all colors, all shapes and sizes. When cells mix, you get certain results. We are comprised of the things around us. If I eat certain foods, it will show in my face, eyes,etc. You cross two animals, you get a hybrid. I just ate a Cranapple. A scientist mixed an apple and cranberry, they sell it in the grocery store. The Octuplets was artificial insemination.

@hall81388 Jesus (according to history), was a person that "CLAIMED" to be the son of God. It was never proved, and in fact, nobody believed him. Somehow, the bible changed history. He's in the same history book as Socrates and others that has religious influence. For no more than that. Again, people only listened because he said he did (at the time). He never had supernatural powers like the bible claims he does. I mean, if he's the son of God, then God should be the son of someone in theory

@Icg412 To religions credit, I do believe that if you don't have a divine force to say you will be punished if you don't do right on earth, that this world wouldn't do right. So, I will say that it's good for that reason. If you tell someone not to steal, they have to know why not. Otherwise, they will steal. So 1. Law. But hey, what if they steal in places where the law can't see them, like from their mom? You have to say "GOD." Otherwise, they will be comfortable with stealing.

Thanks for posting this, I wasn't always a big fan of Gospel rap until I heard Lecrae's music and he is truly gifted, He is my fav gospel rapper! I thank God that He chose to use him in this way and I wish for much sucess to come to his way in Jesus Name!

Then over the course of i think something like 12.4 billion years (our estimate of how old the universe is) things came to form as we see them today. Btw, the word for day in Hebrew is the same as "span of time" so God may have created the Universe in 7 "spans of time" and it may have been millennia or thousands of years. Science has not once

Stop arguing with people that put their eggs in the science basket because all it does is make them look like they no more about what they're saying than we do. No it can't. Not yet. Sodom and Gomorrah have not been irrefutably uncovered. And all the prophecies that are in the Word, can be linked to any number of events. War across the sea. Has happened at least 8 times in the last 200 years. "You will be oppressed" That hasn't stopped happening to Jews OR Christians. at least not everywhere. I told you, a lot of it is evidence, but none of it PROVES God's existence

I may be a "Christian" but I began realizing that I simply cannot force my opinions upon others by laughing at their opinions... Get real... We might have faith, which he has not but we don't have solid proof either. He might not be able to solidly disprove God's existence but neither can we solidly approve of it.

In Jesus is life. The translation for life is Zoe, eternal life. Light is referring to something that lights up a room. If somebody wants to see, they must first turn on the light.
