The same place that you find your wit...lol...INSIDE...really it is about finding a reason to do this. I mean if life to you is okay and you feel good in your skin, then you might find it tough to locate the commitment. But you posting shows me you have an idea where it is...you need to now just stop losing it...lol... So lets start off small...depending on your goal, find a clip that matches it and do only 30 - 60 secs of work...and reduce all your refined sugar by half. We will go from there.
nice ,man and i,m glad you got a gym video cuz some people have to at home but to the others who go to the gym now they got something that they can do instead going through machine after machine.......
