I was in one of these Chrysler vans the other day and must say that the interior dash is incredibly cheap looking. Lots of cheap, hard plastic.

to bad the european versions of these are more puny. Typical the european market always gets the shit end of the stick. thats fucking typical. Uk always gets the shit end of everything. I have seen the uk chrysler equivalent of these and its no where near as big & bulky. ITs way more puny. the uk minivans are all too puny to be classed as proper mnivans

This is a great car, My grandma just got an 08' town & country (Same as grand caravan) But the olny thing is, the seats aren't ment for long trips in my own opinion, The Honda Odyssey, is very comfortable compared to the grand caravan, and town & country.

lol, thts Ironic! My grandma just got an '08 Dodge Grand Caravan, but she got the 3.8L motor instead of the 4.0L motor. And she had traded in a 2007 Nissan Quest for it, and that Quest had more power, the main reason why she got Dodge was for the Stow N' Go and the Sirius Satellite Radio and TV.

Crysler Town and Country and Doge Gradn Caravan have now lost there title as best sellign minivan to the Honda Odysey . Pontiac Montana Sv6 is in Second Place and while Dodge Grand is Tied with the Pontiac Montana Sv6 here In Canada

I HAVE 1 96 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN ES AND IT HAS 315000km ON IT (nO RUST AND DOES NOT KNOCK...THE ONLY THING REPLACE ON IT WAS MY WATER PUMP AT 254000KM)

To me it looks like a combination of all the generations (84-90, 91-95, 96-07) put together, with a little modernization thrown in. The rear looks like a combination of the first and third generations, and the front looks like a combination of the second and third generations with a dodge caliber grille.

I hope that Dodge includes the classic, scary buzzer as standard equipment like in the old 1985 Dodge Ram 350 van instead of a gentle chime in the 2008 Caravan.

Man now that's inovation !! The've raised the bar again. The power side window is right out of Mazda MPV, but the stow and go seating is excellent. The only hitch is the quality . The interior looks fabulous but I wish the heck they would put all the gauges in. Oil & Volts are esential. It didn't mention what size motor it has . Maybe you could get that thing with a HEMI ha ha .
