Americans speak American english, it is different to proper english as some of the words have different meanings. You are very good at writing english though probably better than me and I'm english. I agree with your point of using english as at least 80% of youtube viewers use it.

They repeat everything Chávez say without really thinking what the words coming from their mouths mean. All against the Empire? The kids from Petare are the first ones to get into youtube whenever they get the chance. And what do they watch in youtube? Videos made by americans!
