Lin Chaozhen was interviewed Pa Kua Chang Journal Vol. 5, no. 2. Apparently he now teaches in San Francisco.

Unfortunately he has already passed away. You may be able to find some of his students there still. Liang Qiang Ya(sp?) (another Fu stylist) still teaches in the Bay Area as far as I still know. I'm not sure how to get ahold of him though.
