Screw the apology, get the money as much as he possibly can. Living well is the best revenge. Prosecutors who knowingly break the law to get a conviction should serve the same amount of time as the innocent person who got convicted did. How many innocent people do you think would go to prison if that was the law? I would guess, very few.
