What a wonderful version of Suburbia, it almost adds a totally new dimension to the song just with a simple key change and stripping down the instrumentation to an acoustic guitar, a voice and those wonderful lyrics.

@rusher22 I haven't tabbed it, but I've figured out the chords. The chords are really basic, but Matt adds lots of little hammer ons and pull offs, etc. Just play around with the basic chords and start trying to add the little extras by watching the clip.

Basically he's playing Am C and then something in between C and Am (not sure what it's called, but it is just like walking down to Am) for the verse, and then G Am F C for the chorus

Also note that I think he's got the guitar tuned down a whole step, and he's capoed on the fourth fret
