Those look fantastic! How is clean up? When I make dutch apple cobbler it takes forever to clean the dutch oven due to the sugar caramelization sticking to the pot. I ended up just foil lining it, but it feels like cheating!
this recipe was an easy clean-up since the apples were like an inner liner. For things like a cobbler or ham with brown sugar, carmelization clean up can be greatly enhanced by using parchment paper ( and there is no cheatin' in outdoor cooking ) as Hot water in the outdoors can be a luxury at times!
