Let me just say..this video has changed my life, in the most postive &healthy way. Before i saw this video i was crippled by this debiltating fear, I used 2 have to crawl on the ground b/c i would pass out if i looked down while standing. Chairs seemed like a constant reminder of my fear I would have panic attacks as soon as i saw one, they were just so high i couldnt bring myself to sit in them... going up stairs was a constant struggle, oh yes and mayonnaise..that is also EXTREMLEY terrifiying
