They waited 31 days to start searching for Caylee. They had Caylees DNA in their trunks too then abandoned their vehicles.

Well, why would he? He is married to the attorney (Linda Kenny-Biden) who is representing Casey Anthony. Trust me she has been telling him all the scoop on this case.

I don't think he mis-spoke. I think he slipped. He was very Matter Of Fact about his answer. He answered so quick, I think he let it slip. Obviously he talks to his wife, I think it was a slip and now he's trying to take it back saying he mis-spoke.

His wife is probably pissed! lol Thats one of those times as the words are comming out, you wish somehow you could stop yourself but it's too late! lol He probably wanted to say.."Oh Shit!" lol

In Dr. Baden's profession he must pay attention to detail and report facts. He listened very carefully to Geraldo's question and answered it based on what he knows. I jave watched Dr. Baden many times testifying in court and he always reported facts and never misspoke!

I watched this some where else and noted that comment myself about Caylee's hair. so why didnt they put the death pen back on the table? I really hate Casey .

Hmm, Did he say "when they found chloroform"???? Either way true or not it's going to jack up Geraldo's ratings and personally I wished he'd get fired after his video with Hayleigh's mother's family and then going to Ron with his questions, and he got his info by accident no less! Sorry, left out the part about Geraldo talking to Hayleigh's mother with Ron Jr. right there next to them....that made me mad. Also in this clip Baden talking about history of the drug taken is important because they can tell by hair samples how long the drug has been in the system? Even chloroform?

Hmmm. How does that effect this case now? I haven't seen any test results on Caylee's hair for clorophorm...maybe I missed some report? Maybe it was testing done by the d team? What the heck??

The only other thing is he could have, maybe, been talking hypothetically because Geraldo asked about the relevence. If not, like finalfantasy asked, can/will it be thrown out now?

Hmm. Wow. Could that evidence then be thrown out of court because it became public knowlage before Biaz got it? Or would Biaz already know they found cholorform in Caylee's hair??

I watched this lastnight and I thought thats what he said.I was SHOCKED!!!! he even said that.I think it was a slip up he didn't mean to say it.But he did and now we all know if this is true.If it is Casey will get the DP well i hope anywaays.Wonder if Mrs.Loud mouth told Dr. Baden sence they are married.I bet they talk about Casey all the time and thats how he found out OR some one else told him.

whoooohooooo? Is that a huge slip up Dr. Baden made saying they found drugs in the baby's hair ? Meaning Caylee Anthony? Interesting, given his wife is on Casey Anthonys defense team.
