I dunno why they didn`t fill the stadium completely, but I do know why they didn`t play during night-time.

It`s because Twickenham Stadium has a 10.30pm curfew, so Maiden played at 8.15pm :)

I think you had to be there to truly get the feeling. Out of the four of us, I was the least of an Iron Maiden fan, liking only the 80s and BNW albums. And I was blown away by how good this was.

ABSOLUTELY FUCKIN MAGIC,don't know why i'm torturing myself though watching these vids'cos I wasn't there,& really wish I had been :( It's been almost 20 years since I first "got the calling" for Maiden,& TRUST ME, anyone that's not really a fan you do get a calling,ask any real Maiden fan. Once you've entered into the Maiden world you're in it for life,&it's fucking amazing.Can't imagine a world without'em though,&don't ever want to.BEST BAND ON THE PLANET.UP THE IRONS!Thanks for sharing :-D

I haven't stood at a Maiden gig since about 1998, that was the last time I think on the Virtual XI tour which was obviously before the mighty Bruce rejoined 'em, was still some great gigs even in the Blaze days though. I've always been seated on the last 3 tours for the BNW, DOD, and AMOLAD albums. Long live maiden! Rock on dude!

I thought the atmosphere of this show was awesome =/, and i was sitting somewhere near where this vid was taken. i was on the east stands. my view wasnt exactly restricted, but for me it was probably the best day of my life.

When are Maiden going to start treating their fans with a bit of respect. One UK gig in two years at Twickenham of all places. Whether there were 50 or 60k there doesn't matter at least 40k wouldn't have seen anything other than screen. Yeah Bruce really connecting with fans like that aren't you.
