@b3njy4262 biggest difference is graphics gameplay is pritty much the same(a bit easyer to manage with extra movement comands) tbh the only major difference is the number of hotkeys , if your playing it on nightmare they wont matter anyway , and if your playing it on hard or easyer you only need to use about 4 abilitys. tbh the best thing about pc games is the modding:D

Me, I am doing a BM/AW though I seem to find stamina regeneration item such as the High regard of house Dace, and the battledress of provocateur give 100+, Arduil's Blessing give 4+ mana/stamina regen, plus any of wade drakescale or superior armours will help and chainmail, since all of them also reduce talent/spell activation.

blood mage with spirit healer are the best mage clases.arcane warrior skills are not useful and drain your mana quicly and wearing heawy armor increases your fatigue as well.shepeshifting is not a ablity mage should have.mage's job is to cast speels not to become usless animals with low effectivness

@tanerakyol watch this: watch?v=vpazUlGTniA&feature=re­lated the fatigue may seem very low but if you do the math, your dont lose mana but infact gain (if you were to cast a spell tho, like heal or w/e), and AW is all about tanking/survivability, u dont use a bunch of spells to take em down but rather a single spell every few seconds to draw its aggro (if ur in a grp) and then simply outlasting em, if u want to use spells you go regular dps mage, your treating the class like its for all out dps

@Pivot4lyfe okay first thing first all mages needs cunning and the speech thing to get some good items.use willpower and constitution for blood and that with strength and maybe add 1 or 2 to made atfer you get aleast some in will power con and strengh then add 1 or 2 to magic just to help but same with magic do cunning when you do magic and cunning

branka's shield is good for arcane mages when fighting darkspawn its got a damage buff against them and beasts and the sword for arcane mages is spellweaver

:P i got this game for xbox360 and id much rather have it with pc.you can only use 6 spells at a time,cant change the camera view,it sucks.this game wit pc is MUCH better so if yur gonna get it,id suggest with pc.you actually get an ation bar lol.

Yeah because AW's are all about defense so using a shield is preferable not to mention some of the better shields will raise stats.

You could duel wield or use a two handed sword but because you don't have any melee skills your just using Auto Attack and that lowers the all around value of dual and two handers.

Another reason is that because of shimmering shield depletes mana, AW prefer high mana/sta regeneration, which S/S usually provides more.

@auxili160 Personally, I think so. The two-handed weapons miss too often, detracting from your already (probably) small damage. Dual-wielding just isn't that good without its talent tree, and a sword and shield offer the most, a mix of damage, greater defense, and the enhancements on said shield.

The first skill for AW is Combat Magic which changes your melee damage output from Strength to Spellpower (so it should ALWAYS be on).

I'm going on memory here but you might not have the required Magic level to take Combat Magic.

To be a blood mage, you need to make a mage and then when you need to enter Connor's mind, talk to the demon inside him at the final stage and go through with her deal.

When Alistair was in Crushing Prison, you should have just cast Force Field on him. The spells cancel each other, and knock back everyone but the target in an area.

@YoungEyez Yes but you have more flexibility to upkeep spells like Arcane Shield, since reserve cost still detracts from mana Also blood magic is upkept, not passive, so you can deactivate it at any time.

@lordvayne93 the ghost effect is from the fade shroud passive ability at the end of the arcane warrior tree, once you choose the ability whenever you go into combat magic you look like a ghost
