you get your first style/noise change right before you fight phantom black and Queen Virgo, and it usually depend on what you like to use, so for example, more elec, more chances at gemini or crown, and if you don't take out the noise change thing on your programs, if you hit at least 200% when the custom screen comes up, you can go to Black Ace/Red Joker
