i did not go back to any orthopedic or hospital. i went to ART therapy and got my glute area hip flexor it band, and quad worked on (removed a lot of scar tissue manually) i continued to stretch my quad and upper leg heavily and it all got better, i still get pain i still have the tear but at least i dont have a bunch of scar tissue or as much as i did changing the way m leg moves. overall i can train hard but it wont move like my right leg does
What was your prognosis? What treatment have you undergone? What results have you had?
If one filmed MY ranges of motion, they would almost exactly duplicate the essence of what your video displays. I am waiting for an MRI arthrogram. In the meantime, iliopsoas syndrome keeps getting thrown at me (but I can flex my hip without ANY problem), as does trochanteric bursitis, which clearly I do not have by my own exam (eg, no lateral sensitivity). Response?
