I've played paintball in full ACU's running around the forest and yes im sweaty, but not out of breath. if you want exausting, low crawl through 200yds of sand while wearing Body armor, and a helmet with live rounds flying overhead and c4 exploding around you. that'll get you out of breath. and doing all that after ruck marching 15Km with a 50lb rucksack and carrying an M16 at the low ready. and im still not out of breath.

i find the best way to crawl is gun in what ever side of the field ur on, hold ur gun with the palm facing up, on ur elbows and ur knees and move forward. thats i always crawl in hyper ball, speed ball, ex. its fast and easy
