Telling the world the truth that god is imaginary is not being a "hater". In fact it's the reverse. Its freeing peoples minds from imaginary religious slavery of having to worship something that doesn't even exist and needlessly fearing the persecution of non-existent judgment. Also making people aware that the promise of an afterlife is an unverifiable claim and so to assert it as a lie.

2.If Jesus existed and was not, in fact, God, he was at the very least, a humanitarian concerned with the state of the poor and the need. He challenged the classes of the day, treated everyone with equality and if he lived in North America during the abolition of slavery or during the woman's rights movements, he would have been considered a hero. At the very least, he deserves some respect- many true atheists I know agree with that.

What we see with these songs is brainwashing in action through indoctrination, mantra and music. Praise is nothing more than an action to condition ones mind into believing that a collection of fictional stories are real. Constant praise gives reinforcement of the delusional thinking. A lifetime of praise can render a person incapable of making the distinction between reality and fantasy. Many end up believing they see imaginary demons or Satan in all facets of life. Religion is a MIND VIRUS.

A dead man from 2,000 years ago will never be back since there is little evidence that Jesus was even a real person to begin with. At best if he even existed, he was nothing more than a cult leader that brainwashed people, lived and died. The first Charles Manson perhaps. He most certainly is not going to magically appear in the air while people float up to heaven (an imaginary place) and get "raptured". The way you feel is valid but I truely encourage you to investigate HEAVILY the claims that you are making. There is alot more "evidence" out there, including secular sources that were written at the time when Jesus lived, than you probably realize. They, too, point to validity of the Bible. Jesus is not dead, He is alive. I sure hope that you are not going off of what someone has said

Many more deemed 'historical figures' have had their names mentioned by fewer sources. Without a doubt, Jesus, from the region of Galilee, called "Christus" existed. Do some research- you appear more ignorant than these.

wow. this song came to me when i really needed it. I just finished up my first year of college and lost touch with who I was in Jesus Christ. I turned my back on God and replaced him with school, and ambition, and material things. I finally looked in the mirror one day and realized that I had never felt so empty. I kept praying and praying but felt nothing. Until God finally spoke to me. I let go, but He never had. I heard this in the car and started crying. He brought me back to life.
