No, we filmed it in English and then the studio dubbed it over in German using German voice actors. Eventually, it will be released in the U.S. with our voices. I'm being told that it will be released here this year, so I hope that's true.

I guess the one thing that most people want to know when the movie will be released in the USA. It seems fairly doubtful to me that it will come out this year. Do you know if 2008 is a more likely prospect? Thanks.

Yes, well I am frustrated with this too because it will be almost 2 years since I shot this film by the time 2008 rolls around. We are being told that an early 2008 release is likely in the U.S. What is still unknown is whether it will have a theatrical release(large or limited) or whether it will go direct to video because The Three Investigators is not as well known here. That's all the info I have, but we will be in Germany in November for the premiere & I am really excited!

well i hope that it does come here because there was a cult out there.. ahem, i am part of it.. :) but i feel that we the fans should at least be able to see it and let ourselves decide. who knows why we here in the states wont give decent children's stories like the three investigators a chance. we rely on harry potter or what not to flavor our audiences. thanks for taking the time to make this film to say the least, and keep this cult. the original t3i fans posted.

I'm sure the German fans will give you a very warm greeting (it must seem very strange how the series is so very popular over there, yet most kids have never heard of it in the USA). Even if the first film does go straight to video in the States, hopefully the sales will ensure that 'Terror Castle' will have a proper release in the cinema. I guess at this rate, 'Castle' won't be out in Germany until 2009...
