Glad to see you talking about Macpac, Im a Kiwi ( New Zealander ) home of Macpac and they made soem great tents in their time and still do. being from Canada and spending alot of time tenting in all weather conditions, you don't ever want to buy a tunnel tent. free standing the way to go plus the pool water. check out the MSR HUBBA HUBBA HUBBA. for a 2 person

I dont think I'd trust any of them in a bad storm? Id prefer my coleman avior 2, cost me about £120 and seems far more stable than any of them and has two openings with a huge porch at my head to store stuff.

wow!!! Are those tents made out of lead because those tents are HEAVY! The first one is "290 pounds", the second one is "450 pounds" and the last one is "375 pounds." I think I am gonna have to buy a tent a lot lighter than that.
