  • If I do this consistently, how long will it take for results? I'm already thin but..I'm kinda impatient lol

  • @belrichardson94 if you want to see results quickly, you have to incorporate a nutrition program designed to produce this!   • @Hip48Xn3 Exhale during the exertion, or the difficult portion of the movement; during exercises like v-sits, just work on maintaining constant controlled breathing! :)
