@raspitin72 Yeah! He didn't bang away like a brute, though. He was heavily influenced by a lot of jazz drummers. Bonham would swing like a jazz player with the force of a brick layer. Not only that, his drums were huge. It was/is the perfect drum sound and playing for Led Zeppelin.

One of their better recorded live perfomances -- they're so on here, the song is fresh, and they've got something to prove. The Dragon Tele is also one of the coolest guitars ever, right up there with SRV's #1 and Jimi's Woodstock Strat.

This were produced 13 march 1969 at DR Byen, Copenhagen, Denmark, the former home of Danmarks Radio the national tv station in Denmark. They were called Led Zeppelin at this point, but in fact they also made there worlddebut concert as The New Yardbirds on 7th september 1968 at Brøndby Pop Club, Copenhagen.
