@steveafg I hate to be rude brother/sister, I am an Afghan as well and well informed of the history of my country. Afghanistan has been influenced more by the Westerners rather than Pakistan. So, please do not ever point your fingers at Pakistan and say that that is the cause of why Afghanistan is in the state that it is. That shows nothing but ignorance!

@steveafg I'm sorry, but I am having difficulty trying to understand what you are trying to communicate above but just wanted to make one thing clear for you: Pakistan is NOT an Islamic country and for that matter neither is Afghanistan. Both are muslim dominanted countries. Shari'ah law is abused in both these countries, not used!

So brother/sister: never despair and ask why Afghanistan is in the state that it is, because that is what Allah willed. So don't dwell in the past but ask yourself: what can I do now to create a better Afghanistan in the future! I think as Afghans we really need to step out of this victimized mentality. What good does pointing fingers at others and saying you did this and this to my country bring?
