Said from Andromeda galaxy which is approximately 2.5 million light years away. So traveling at speed of light would have taken approximately 2.5 million years to get here so would possibly have a hyperdrive, warpdrive or star gate or something to travel faster than light or teleport faster than light before such ideas were used by Star Trek and Star Gate.
