Ke$ha sang the song because the producers just wanted to her sing the DEMO. After it was recorded her vocals were used in the DEMO for buyers. Ke$ha just sang the Demo she does not even own rights for it. SM Entertainment bought the song from the producers. They got someone to write Korean and Japanese lyrics for it. Ke$ha did sing it for, but it was never released. It just got leaked. It is legally Girls' Generation's Song.
