What about the fact that the bank never was at the signing of the contract signing. That the contract was approved as proper and legal by attorneys hired to go over the contract before the signing. That the fact that being misled like that effectively nulls and voids a contract anyway? Things of a fraudulent nature effectively nullify a contract I thought.This would be a commercial crime committed by the bank or the title company, not the unknowing party to the crime.Or am I mistaken?
