  • They didn't sign a contract. They signed and hence created a financial instrument which has been sold on for monies they never saw many times over.

  • This guy has selective memory, for hundreds of years South African indeginous peoples land and labor was stolen, strop lying

  • @ngonea

    1. Keep in mind,...the POPE owned all the North American land by way of Treaty in the year 1215.

    2. Of course, in 1540 the POPE allowed Ignatious Loyala to form the Jesuits to round up the Protestant

Martin Luther breakaways to bring them back under the Catholics POPE'S control.

    3. But, the Jesuits gained contol over the POPE who owned the Americas.

    4. Under the Jesuit's International Law,....Their Nation States such as the U.S.,...are allowed to do anything to Indigioness people

  • What about the fact that the bank never was at the signing of the contract signing. That the contract was approved as proper and legal by attorneys hired to go over the contract before the signing. That the fact that being misled like that effectively nulls and voids a contract anyway? Things of a fraudulent nature effectively nullify a contract I thought. This would be a commercial crime committed by the bank or the title company, not the unknowing party to the crime.Or am I mistaken?

    1. UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW THE NATION STATE CALLED THE U.S. CAN DO WHAT EVER IT WANTS,....INCLUDING LIE,......COMMIT FRAUD,....YOU NAME IT.

    2. IF WE DONT LIKE IT THEN WE EXILE & FORM OUR OWN NATION STATE.
