@jammytgee No problem, be sure to check out my Windows SBS 2003 R2 tutorials that are coming soon as they will have more about Exchange Server 2003 in them.
@mullinsJ08 Set up is doing it only if the Exchange administrator account is a member of the SchemaAdmin and EnterpriseAdmin groups and if the first Exchange 2003 server installation takes place in the same domain as the Schema Master.
In a organization with multiple servers and roles, you(you should be a member of schema admin and enterprise admin groups) have to run Forestprep manually on schema master. Then you have to run Domainprep on the domain controller you wish to install Exchange
Im trying to download a windows vista one and upgrade it to windows 7 (the Windows 7 Release Candidate) because it expires in 2010 and i dont want it to ruin my laptop.
yeah I use VMware workstation and put all my virtual machines on a seperate partition to windows on my hard drive. (Btw i use a legit copy of vmware workstation)
lol how could you forget? and plus I'm sure your a fan of me on facebook :-P nd soon I'm goin to be doing more on Windows Server 2008 once i get my lappy sorted out on wednesday.
Yea thiese are really clear and helpful. can you make some more? I have an interview coming up and need to know about using windows server 2003. I've never used it but it looks fairly easy.
thanks for taking the time to explain and show the setup etc
