I think it is really nice considering it is built during the era of the modernism! Many interesting things there, crosses etc..lovely wood work and window paintings as well..and Canada can be proud to still be a Monarchy..compared to the inferior American constitution with their president...God bless the Queen of England and Canada, and God bless the King of Sweden!
@karpov89 Oddly visitors keep thinking it must have been built in the late 1970s due to the Architecture however it was designed and built in the 1950s.
Just a few weeks ago we had the Lieutenant Governor (The Queen's Viceroy in Alberta) for a commemoration of the Battle of Britain. I could have shown up in uniform as I am in the Army Reserve by I chose not to.
@MapleAnglican Well from the outside I think it is 50s or maybe early 60s with they color of the bricks..many Swedish schools very built with that bricks during this period.
i enjoyed the tour and found it to be informative.

@karpov89 yeah, that particular colour scheme was very popular for brick buildings from the 1950s until the mid 1980s here in Canada.

Great stuff Chris! This puts us into the 21st century - glad to learn that I am not a Protestant even though I sometimes do my share of complaining.
