I feel safer in good old 747 with 50 yrs of best safety record in jumbo jets category aviation history.[A380 on the other hand is fad and exciting but cracks began to show up on a numbers of planes lately].
@airbusisawesome Explain why bigger is better dumbass. Is it because it has more problems than any other aircraft in history or because of it's cracks or inadequat wiring. Or do you think it is better because sales are so low and it is already outdated by mre efficient aircraft?
747: HAHA A380 I HAVE 1000 PLANES THOSE LOOK LIKE ME! A380:WHAT 1000! THERE IS NOW WAY HOW YOU GOT 1000 PLANES LOOK LIKE YOU! Concorde:747 AND A380 I AM THE FASTEST PLANE IN THE WORLD! 747 AND A380:WHAT! 747: I GOT AN IDEA! IT'S RACE FROM LONDON TO SINGAPORE! Concorde:YES! 777; READY...... SET..... GO!!!!!!! *later* Concorde wins! 747 and A380: *facepalm*
@masudhasan70 Got news for you the Concord is not even in the top 30 of fastest planes in the world, fastest airliner next to the Tupolev but no where near fastest airplane
Folks this got the most advanced cockpit system, the most fuel efficient, most environmentally friendly, most lightest & yet strongest composite material composed of, most quietest, best cabin air pressure/ air purification system & most comfortable ride for passengers in any plane ever built so far; I'm so very proud of you, Dreamliner!!! [with love from SanFrancisco]
@MrDoubleKiller Hard sales figures over the past decade or so prove otherwise. The world's airlines buy more Airbus's than they do Boeing's. There was a time when the likes of Boeing, McD & Lockheed had the market pretty much to themselves, but Boeing's greed got the better of them in putting Lockheed commercial out of business and taking over McD. In the meantime, Airbus has got a foothpold in and exploited Boeing's complacency. we now find ourselves lagging behind in sales. Poor management!
These are all great aircraft. Have to say I think the 777 is boeing's best ever. Combination of great ride and fuel efficiency. Sales show just how good an aircraft the 777 is. Great job Boeing, now get that 787 in the skies.
@AVIATIO I don't agree with you. The same year I travelled on B777 and A330 with the same airline. Man, the 777 was so uncomfortable, I ended this long range trip totally exhausted. The same distance with the 330 was a piece of cake.
Aircraft meeting! 777: Hey what's up, 747! 747: Cloudy sky. 777: Never gets old. *A380 walks in* A380: Hey you guys! *Complete silence* 777: What are you doing here, fatty? 747: GTFO! A380: I love you, 747. 747: *sticks tongue out* BLEH! 777: *Screams* GET THE FRACK OUT OF HERE YOU FATA- 747: T-7, calm down! 777: *turns around* IM COMPLETELY CALM! A380: Seriously? I am not that fat. 747: Shut up preggo whale. A380: *face turns red* GRRRRR- *Concorde walks in* Concorde: Sup yall? 747/A380: :/
Thats the problem, if the A380 had engines the same size as the B777, the pilot wouldn't be able to roll the aircraft engough near the ground on landing or takeoff without the engines striking the ground.
@mogulkahn23 no, the series on the 777 to be that big would have to be a GE. Airbus needed something 3 times the thrust of that and something light so then they could have a smoother , flight and so that the weight didnt't exceed the limit for a normal takeoff procedure. Then came along GP7200 ( From EA-> Engine Alliance by GE and PW.)
@Death190 boeing 777 engine produces 115,540 lbs of thrust while a380's engine only produces 80,000 lbs of thrust im talkin about 1 is to 1 ratio not 2 is to 4 ^_^
Unless it's your first time at an airport this video is pretty boring

Good friends,
That's only my opinion, of course.
I personally feel much safer on good old 747 (with 50 yrs of best safety record in aviation history), even if it may not be as cool and hip as A380.

Well folks, I do like them both, but I personally still feel safer on good
old 747with half a century of best safety record in aviation history. While
new fad and exciting A380 start appearing cracks on wings in multiple
planes in such short a period of times ever since coming into service.

a big ... "question mark"
what is the sense of this video ? Airbus a380 and Boeing 747 are Jumbos.
But the Airbus a380 is the bigger one.

@LockeCharlie Thanks for your input but you forgot to mention the A380 is the mst problem plague plane in history and its sales are not doing to good
prohelipilot1 3 weeks ago
@LockeCharlie but the 777, flys the farthest and the engines generate more thrust. plus it has a better wing flex

the a380 said something to the 777 and now he got his big brother the 747 to kick the shit out of the a380 haha

747 anyday, it just looks so much nicer, plus if they want the same as A380, just expand the 747 upper deck.
