  • Great work guy. A+ 5 star

  • Great video but it would be much better too lose the music and talk your way though the processes and stages. Still great start

  • @CichlidAsh

Hey, i do have a newer version with a voice over. Also check out my newer videos, much better quality.

  • Great video but theres one thing that bothers me a lot. When I'm using Citadel paint (or basically any acrylic paints), they dry faaaaast. It's ok when it happens on the miniature itself, but bad when on a palette( well, palette, i use little ceramic ashtray). What is the best solution for you?

  • @UnityCZ

Hey, i just use a plastic well pallette. Thats about it :P the water keeps it moist. The other thing i use (specifically for wet-blending) is a wet-pallete. Just take a tupper ware container, put some paper towel in it, add some water, and put some parchment paper on top. That is now you're pallette. keeps paint moist and doesn't dry out :)

  • @UnityCZ aso you can buy a retarder which just slows the drying procedure thats what i use when im wet blending

  • Great video, quality is fine. Would be much better if you lost the music and talked your way through the process though. You'd be able to explain the process much more clearly, also your viewers will better relate to you as a person. Chances are you'll get more subs if people like you. At the moment you gamble people can enjoy/ignore the music and try to see what you are doing in the video.

Good content though, would be perfect for what I need with a good walk through.

  • Most excellent my friend. Awesome tutorial. Can't wait to see more..

  • Thanks! Glad to please! New videos coming up soon. :)

  • thanks man, been looking for a good blendin vid, this has helped alot, thanks again keep up the good work.

  • hi there this is my 2 cents comments

i really really dont know what you are trying to do. sorry

  • @mhf1979 I am wetblending the miniature's cloak. All i'm doing is applying wet paint to the model, then using my brush to "mix" the paint while still wet. This creates a smooth colour gradation, so the paint looks Blended. Thats really all this is.

  • Beautifully done man. It looks great.:)

  • cool Man nice video I cant wait to see what else you share..

  • @Malivictus Thanks! Like your vids too! Can't wait to see that finished, and i hope your situation is getting better

  • Definitely an acquired skill. Wouldn't want to try that for the first time on a elite model :P

Side note - that tune is just epic.

  • @miniwargamereric Hey man, if you don't try, you'll never know if you can do it! haha, and yes the song IS epic.

  • very clever man DISTILED WARTER !! on all models i do a imense long paint skeeem i use it and olbais ooil for the metaslics espicialy if i i mixed them

  • @Number1GamerAsh I recommend thinning all your paints when painting. Even 1:1, because it increases to flow of the paint. Painting straight from the pot can leave streaks tend not to be good. Also, it leaves a plastic, shiny like film. Adding water almost defeats that. Distilled water is better than any kind

  • yea man i normalydo a one to one mix with normal warter but when i paint more of a pro mini it has to be distiled

  • @Number1GamerAsh Tap water can cause problems. Spring water, from bottles, is better than tap water, but nothing is as good as distilled. Tap and bottled water tends to have chemicals in it, which can lead to bad surface tension of the paint. Spring water has little chemicals. And Distilled pretty much has no chemicals at all.
