Funny I have bought 5 hs5645mg and was wondering wether to put two per wing. But I think one per wing will be fine from what you have said. Cheers for the reply
I have a Thor 45cc, I was thinking of putting it in a Cap 232 74" wingspan. But your plane here looks underpowered, unless you were being conservative with the throttle. was that about 2/3 throttle? nice glassy landing by the way
Yes, that flight was only low to medium throttle. The Thor is now in an 81" Cap 232 and it powers that fine but only for smooth flight. There is not enough power for any 3D type flying but there will be plenty enough power for your 74" Cap. Hope this helps.
Would love to hear the Thor and not the music. I hate my Thor. It's been junk right out of the box.

What servos are you using. Also did you use the stock CA hinges or use plastic hinges with the metal pin?.
Truebajan 3 years ago
I used the CA hinges &there fine,
Servos are Cirrus High Torque(6k pull @6v)in Wing x4 Elevator x2
but they need upgrading soon as one wing servo has developed a sloppy pot (cheap crap!!)
The rudder has a HI-TECH 5645 Digital high-torque (12k pull @6v) that one is brilliant
