thank you HSN for the manual book.

According the manual book, its clearly denoted that this camera has all features like the $500 cameras. i'm sure gonna order it today.

but there are roomers passing around everywhere like the other camera review sites, yahoo answers and forums people provide wrong information about this camera like its just a point and shoot without any manual control. but it seems to really has all kinda manual setting to play with.

You're very welcome. The manufacturer has a stake in making sure the info is right. People who answer questions on Yahoo or other consumer-driven sites don't. So even though well-meaning, they may just not understand enough about devices to provide meaningful answers. Happy photo shooting!

@thecrazydudehere I don't know the outcome of all these posts as I just saw this camera today, but for crying out loud, it clearly says it's an SLR "STYLE" camera -- not an SLR camera. If you don't know what that means, then I don't know what to tell you.
