  • any of you labor supporters want to bet on the results of the next election 2013

  • wtf !!!

  • You can have a free labour market while still having rights at work. Here's a novel idea: allow VOLUNTARY union involvement, and the right to work via an individual contract. I like unions, they're great for balancing the imbalance of power between worker and employer. What I don't like is when unions become coercive organisations. Government laws should empower the rights and choices of the individual, NOT the unions OR the employers.

  • I love australian politics

  • is he going swimming? does dat make him a poolitian?

  • what the FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

  • ahh yep this is about what we would expect from the juvenile perverts hired to do Labors advertising, yeah go ahead and air it please, give the Australian public yet another reason to boot you hopeless bastards out, and this time you wont be coming back, Australia has had enough of your lies, backstabbing, anything to win tactics, also your complete failure in how to properly run ANYTHING.

Work choices will be back, and give the Australian worker a choice, not to be a mindless union slave.

  • @Zephyesa Work choices will be back, and give the Australian worker a choice, not to be a mindless union slave.

Dont you mean give the boss the chance to cut your pay and condisions and if you dont sign they sack you .

Australia has had enough of your lies, backstabbing, anything to win tactics, also your complete failure in how to properly run ANYTHING .

You just described the Howard government to a T.

  • @australianews another Labor self interested imbecile , If it wasnt for Liberal governments looking after Australias economic interests like Howards and beforehand, this country would be absolutely fucked from evil partys like your Labor who have primarily agendas to look after as their main interests, all the lies you tell to immigraints to get elected, the dirty smear tactics you use all the time, the basic truth of a Labor voter, is they are just lazy men or women who lie.

  • @Zephyesa I live in victoria where the Labor party has done such a good job its left nothing for the incoming liberal to do.

And that is what he is doing NOTHING.

Cuts. job losses .cut a new train line that the city needs and has broken his word to bring down the costs of living with his first budget.

Broken promise on fixing the ticket system that he has complained about for the last few years.

His major election issues are now just broken promises .

    Iiberals are just liars.

  • @australianews lol r u serious? Because of Labor Victoria is the most violent state in Australia due to slack laws that make policing useless, you call the Victorian bush fires a good job do you? Over 300 burnt alive because of Labors slack attention to ensure its councils have proper fire standards- NOT!!

Cutting back labors love of 3 overpaid burocrats that do the work of 1 u fucking lazy labor imbecile!

Labor are the benchmark of lying, what right do you have to call anyone else a liar?

  • @Zephyesa Victorian bush fires are Labors fault? Now you are grasping at straws to find something bad about the labor government in Victoria.

The people that stayed in their homes and died did so because of their own free will .

The weather reports predicted the winds and anyone who stayed to protect their homes had to be either brave or stupid.

Victoria violent you say well EVERYTHING got worse after Howards Gun buy back .

Grasping at straws thats all you have.

  • australianews 'You just described the Howard government to a T.'

No thats describing the Labor party to a t, you got nothing u labor moron, you couldnt run a brothel good, look at the mess u left NSW in after 20 years of complete incompetence and party infighting, doesnt that tell u anything u stupid labor voting fuckwit?

Only idiots like you continue to vote for such a party, that is more interested in agendas than governing properly, intelligent people know better and choose Liberal.

  • @Zephyesa By the way the so called most violent state Victoria had TWO less murders than NSW.

Another thing the stats DO NOT include Aboriginal crime and violence.

Add the whole population to the stats of NSW QLD WA and you might find that victoria is not the worst state for crime.

We have a much smaller Aboriginal population and we dont tend to have as much problems with Aboriginal

    communities as other states.

The only problems i here about in aboriginal communitys is in other states.

  • @australianews thats because you racist bastards wiped most of the tribes out down there.

  • This is disgusting!

  • ewwwww

  • this is very disturbing. i think im going to have nightmares

  • I'm a long term union member and proud to be so, but this shit was emailed to me before the election and I emailed back expressing my horror. If it had gone to air on National TV as was proposed, there would have been a Liberal landslide victory. I cannot beleive you seem to be proud of this rubbish. Sack the idiot who made it and delete it from Youtube... PLEASE.

  • omg... I want to vote for the budgies...

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!!!!

  • sooo........scaring...... :O

  • didn't Rudd get an unfair dismissal from Julia?

  • @ufcrulesfedor Didnt Nelson get unfair dismissal from Malcolm? Didnt Malcolm get an unfair dismissal from Abbott?

  • @AntipodeanStar yeah, they went through Howard, Nelson, Turnbull and finally with Big-Ears and still lost! LOL!.

  • LOL

  • Its a clear choice, Has nothing to do with rudd, .. Malcolm and tony hmm. The truth , Vote for Labor positive freedom and choice. or Tony negative and support of fat cats, Want more facts , Nationals and liberals to factions , Your joking right .,And people are thinking of a liberal national vote, -.-

  • cant......be........unseen :O

  • LMAO!!

  • The more I learn about Tony Abbott, the scarier he gets!

  • Ha Ha Ha Ha ,Anything that make Abbott look like an idiot is funny.

  • @kste7593 Funny, He's already stupid, making him look convincing & bright is the funny part.

  • ok...that was weird

  • Oh god, someone get the fucking eye-bleach

  • Comment removed

  • @resistanceizfutile2 ahahhah, good one

  • @SuperLongestusername CANNOT UNSEE

  • That's nasty, and the budgie thing is weird too

  • Hopefully people remember WorkChoices before casting their vote.

  • hahahaha this is funny. Abbot's policies are offensive.

  • This offensive

  • @IanParminter Only if you're a Liberal hack.

  • @IanParminter Get off this beach

  • 2 year olds are more convincing liars than Abbott. Of course he won't be bringing back Work Choices, instead it will have a funkier name like Work Choices Reloaded.

  • @77Aussie Hahaha.

  • @77Aussie haha... cracked me up.

  • Has there ever been two such horrible choices for PM in the history of Australia? Choosing between Howard and Beasly was bad but I don't think it's as bad as having to choose between Abbott and Gillard.

  • Tony doesn't even know his own policies, and he's already been caught out trying to diddle with the work choices scheme to screw the unions over. Everyone who votes Liberal should give back the money K-Rudd handed out to save your sorry arses in the first place. Work choices set my industry back 10 in relation to rights including overtime or any penalties for that matter...

The Libs will always ride on coat tails of Labors successes.

  • oh wow, this is lol lol

  • Abbot is of no use to anyone except the rich and stupid. I foreone will not be giving this man the time of day.

  • What a rediculusly dumb add. Labour is simply looking for a way to differentiate themselves from the liberal party by trying to pretend that a dead policy is still alive.

Well done labour, every dollar you spend on adds like these is a dollar wasted. Abbot for PM!!

  • I grew up going to the beach in a surf life saving community and to me the smugglers symbolize the hero's that saved lives while wearing them so go Tony. It's not a bloody popularity contest. How about you stop smashing the internet and the TV with ridiculous/childish ads such as this one and the other repetitive propaganda driven "He WIll Bring Back Workchoices" BullShit and tell us what you clowns will do for this country other than send us into a hole bigger than Kevin Rudd's EGO, FFS!!!!

  • @76oolac it's not that dead when they won't say what their policy is. Liberals just running scared of this because they don't want to talk industrial relations.

  • @ianfrommelbourne... Ian they said they will leave it the way it is until the next election, did they not? what part of leave it the way it is do you not understand?

  • @76oolac If it's not a popularity contest why did Abbott spend so much time showing off his tackle? Riding around on his pushie and posing for cameras in his silly looking but aerodynamic riding gear? Because he's a show off and ego maniac, that's why. If you think WorkChoices 'on the sly' isn't one of Phony's highest priorities for office then IMHO you're a pitiful fool. His advocacy of WorkChoices was a telling and true expression of his very morality; that's not going to change.

  • @australianpoliticstv

The only people who will gain more rights are those that are part of a union which many are not and the unions already have more rights than they deserve. No one cares what's best for the country any more they just care about earning that extra buck without the effort. And yet people don't realize that while labor is in power more and more jobs are lost due to collapsing industry. Add was disgraceful by the way, how bout pointing out something positive you will achieve ins

  • @DragonFlameAU are you kidding yourself. It was Labor that made sure jobs weren't lost in the GFC. And everyone gets the rights that unions and their members fight for.

  • Hmm would i who to choose a ranga that is going to ruin australia or a guy that wears bungie smugglers yeah im going with the bungie smugglers Haha i dont like Julia

  • @Lucasfilms101 so you're going with a guy who won't say what his industrial relations policy is before the election?

  • @australianpoliticstv no i just trust him better. Also i dispise Labor and what was the rudd government. The labor party is a bunch of back stabbing kreeps i would go that far to call them vultures just trying to get the top seat. Thats why Abbott has my vote!

  • @Lucasfilms101 Really? So what do you call what Abbott and the conservative right faction of the Liberal Party did to Malcolm? The only difference was they were in opposition. Now they go around spreading the lie that people voted for Rudd, and not the Labor Party. They in fact didn't, that's not how the system works and the Lib's know it. If a few people thought that what they were voting for a president that's their fault for taking on-board too much American TV and ignoring their own country.

  • People who have a body like his are allowed to wear speedos.

  • @elos12 In that case Gorilla's should wear speedos.

  • Hahaha at his face XD

  • Any aspiring Prime Minister who goes out in public dressed like this is making statements that show neither taste nor a realistic self-image. What IS he saying? He looks like a fool. He looks insensitively macho and I do not trust him. YUCK!

  • Yes its banal and yes my 15 year old son was more entertained by it than i was, BUT, the bottom line is, Abbott is not talking about their IR policy at all. This definitely draws attention to it (albeit rather foolishly) and hopefully will start the discussion he's been avoiding.

  • Clever my foot. It's basically suggesting that a prime ministerial candidate practices bestiality.

The ACTU should be ashamed for what has to be the lowest of the low campaign ads of all time.

  • There is nothing wrong with Workchoices. I know many people who think it's good. The only people who don't want it are the lazy, unproductive workers who seem to coast by in jobs seeking job security when they don't deserve it.

  • Great way of bringing attention to something Abbott's not talking about.

  • Comment removed

  • Great ad! Clever use of an iconic image of Abbott to question his real industrial relations agenda.

  • This add is sure to appeal to all those swinging voters in primary school..hey wait on, there aren't any....Who come up with this concept? I suspect it must have been some liberal mole working covertly within YR@W. Really this is nothing more than an embarrassment to but those with the most mellow intellect. I agree that Tony Abbott is a tosser and is out of touch with the voting public, but so is this childish add. Wake up YR@W, today's Aussie worker is far more sophisticated than you think.

  • that was shithouse

  • What a weak attempt at trying to get a message across. Highly offensive to any person who can think independently. I think the Unions should direct their members' money to benefit members, not slander the opposition in such a banal way.

  • @MissHeather1000 nicely said Liberal stooge

  • @ianfrommelbourne Only thing is ianfrommelbourne I am a past president of my union sub-branch, and I actively protested against workchoices. So, clearly not a "Liberal Stooge". It's just that I am not a union stooge and actually have my own opinion about things. You can campaign against the Liberals based on their policies without resorting to the banal and personal.

  • I like it - but will it ever get on the telly?

  • Terrible, I could do better

  • This issue alone, if you're a wage earner means you should not vote for any Liberal candidate.

  • Oh please! I detest the Coalition but this is a terrible video. It just looks like Rights at Work are getting desperate. I don't think I'm on my own when I say I'm sick of Abbott's swimming apparel getting so much attention from the other side of politics.

  • Workchoices caused havoc. If TA gets into power there is good probability he will at *least* setup 'policies' around the current legislation to subvert it , not only in his first term, but as a prelude to any 2nd term people may be inflicted with, where he will then drop the bomb of a morphed 'workchoices'. Net result: less rights at work than in Bolivia, again! Labour is DEFINITELY the better option in my opinion, just for this alone, let alone the 4th rate shambles of broadband the Libs want.

  • ALP Member and Voter. AWFUL AD Please don't USE IT!

  • And the point is? Like labour is a better option...

  • @wasname yep because, sure as there's night and day, if Abbott gets in, getting any more rights at work is going to be much harder.
