I disagree. She's shocking her out of the pattern. Its like when you learn a piano piece wrong. Unlearning is so hard. You must k ow that the problem exists in order to start learning the right way. There has to be confusion. And then you slooooow it down.

It's very interesting that the tutor actually pushed the actress into 1st circle panic energy and with her comments essentially reduced her to a child being scolded. There is a certain cruelty to this - the actress was following the tutor's instructions to the letter and at the point where she tried speaking slowly she was actually wonderfully playful, naive and open - until the tutor belittled her. Some of the practice in this video runs counter to the philosophy in her book, 'Presence.'
