World's Oldest Protestant Church Moravian Christmas Eve Barn

This bring back a lot of memories seeing the "STAR OF DAVID". I'm also a Moravian from Bluefields, Nicaragua. I can recall walking thru the sidewalks of Bluefields with my cousin from Beholden and Old Bank neighbourhoods ( I lived in New York neighbourhood with my grandmother) and greeting other moravians a enjoying the different kinds of stars and colors, mostly 5 pointed stars up on the porches or varandas as we call them. Thanks for sharing.

Wouldn't the Lutheran denomination be the oldest?

@canadacub  No the Lutheran Church began in 1519 and the Moravian Church began in 1457 thus making the Moravian Church the oldest Protestant religion.

@richyrik1 We meant the Moravian Church, not the barn. It began in Bohemia and Moravia over 550 years ago.

@kidri0t if you go to germany you would find a moravian church thats in a cave...when they were hiding for fear of persecution....they preserved it so its like a museum now...but...#imjustsayin
